EventerPlanner ("We", "Our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application ("Service") collects, uses, and stores your information.

EventerPlanner was developed with a strong focus on privacy. Most of the information related to your events is stored exclusively on your device.

We do not collect, store, or transmit to our servers or to third parties:

  • Your name, email, phone number, or address.

  • Your exact location (GPS).

  • Your device's identification information (such as IMEI or advertising ID).

2. Information Collected and Use of Permissions

Based on the permissions the app requests, we collect and use data only to provide the app's essential functionalities.

Biometric SecurityUSE_BIOMETRIC, USE_FINGERPRINTTo offer an optional security feature. Attention: Biometric data is processed ONLY by your device's Operating System and is NEVER accessed, stored, or transmitted by EventerPlanner.
Event DataN/A (App-generated data)Your event information (titles, dates, descriptions) and app settings (themes, language) are stored locally.

3. Storage, Security, and Data Sharing

Storage and Security

All event information, attached media, and settings are stored locally on your device and are subject to the security measures of your own operating system.

Data Sharing

EventerPlanner does not share your data with third parties for commercial, marketing, or advertising purposes.

Information sharing may only occur in the following situations:

  • User Initiative: If you, actively, use the sharing function within the app to send a file or event information to third parties (via FileProvider).

  • Legal Obligation: If we are required to disclose information by law or court order.

4. Children's Data

EventerPlanner is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
